Senior Pega CSSA Developer

We partner with global enterprises across BFSI, Telecom, Retail, and Supply Chain to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

We're now looking to expand our team with a skilled Senior Pega Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building intelligent, enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive end-to-end application configuration and development tasks as directed by the Lead System Architect (LSA).
2. Participate in design discussions, contribute to integration strategies, and support estimation activities.
3. Ensure alignment with Pega best practices, including guardrails and coding standards.
4. Mentor and support junior developers, offering technical guidance and peer reviews.
5. Work closely with business and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

1. Must have: Active CSSA Certification (Certified Senior System Architect)
2. Proven expertise in:
3. Pega platform (PRPC) – including Workflows, UI, Activities, Utility and Decision rules.
4. Integration and validation rules, correspondence rules, and rule resolution.
5. Debugging tools such as Clipboard, Tracer, and Data Transforms.
6. PRPC reporting tools.
7. Strong understanding of Pega implementation methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
8. Proficient in Agile development methodologies and sprint-based delivery models.
9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
