Xstore POS Product Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development: Assist in defining product vision and roadmap for global retail capabilities, specifically focusing on Xstore POS and the Oracle suite of applications.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of product updates.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the retail technology landscape.
User Experience: Advocate for the end-user by conducting usability testing, gathering feedback, and iterating on product features to enhance the user experience.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and training materials.
Data Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
Support and Training: Provide support for internal teams and end-users, including training sessions and product demos.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the retail technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of Xstore POS and Oracle applications, including ORCE and eftlink.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of retail operations across US , Canada, and Latin-American markets
- Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
