Hiring: Senior Genesys Cloud Consultants

Location: Sweden, Stockholm

Experience: 7+ years

We are looking for Senior Genesys Cloud Consultants to join our team and drive high-impact customer engagement solutions across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and optimize Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
  2. Lead discovery workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into technical designs.
  3. Configure call flows, routing strategies, IVR, and integrations.
  4. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
  6. Stay updated on Genesys Cloud best practices and new features.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 7+ years of experience in Genesys technologies (Cloud CX mandatory, Engage is a plus).

✔ Strong expertise in routing, IVR, integrations, APIs, and contact center solutions.

✔ Experience in multi-region deployment and cloud environments.

✔ Solid understanding of customer journey design, workforce engagement, and reporting.

✔ Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish/German is a plus).

✔ EU work authorization.
