AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that drive real business outcomes. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to build intelligent systems integrated with enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning and AI models for real-world business use cases
• Build and deploy scalable AI solutions using cloud platforms and modern data architectures
• Work with large datasets to train, validate, and optimize models
• Integrate AI/ML models into production systems, APIs, and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, GenAI, and data technologies

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles
• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and NLP concepts
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience in deploying models using APIs, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and pipelines
• Familiarity with SQL and working with large-scale data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures)
• Knowledge of tools like Databricks, Snowflake, or MLflow
• Exposure to MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles
• Understanding of business domains such as retail, supply chain, or finance
