Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support business requirement analysis in the Savings and Investment domain. The successful candidate will help define reporting and analytical needs, and specify data requirements essential for building robust data integrations and reporting flows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive business requirement analysis in collaboration with the Savings business team
2. Define and document detailed data requirements to support reporting and analytics
3. Coordinate with the savings platform development team to ensure seamless data integration
4. Prepare and maintain functional specifications and requirement documentation
5. Perform gap analysis, data mapping, and lineage tracking
6. Investigate data point discrepancies and coordinate incident analyses
7. Manage data quality assurance processes
8. Facilitate clear communication across business, platform, and data teams
9. Support ongoing development efforts and monitor delivery progress

Required Competencies:

1. Strong domain knowledge in Savings & Investment products and processes
2. Proven experience with data flows, data lineage, and information management
3. Expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, and functional documentation
4. Solid understanding of data platforms, preferably in financial services
5. Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
