Project / Initiative Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design the target process and solution blueprint for automating and standardizing bottom-up forecasting. The role will focus on mapping current forecasting processes, defining the future (to-be) state with system support, identifying gaps and prerequisites, and ensuring successful alignment of proposed changes across Market and Business Areas.

Role Overview / Summary

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and driving the solution blueprint leveraging SAP (including SAC – SAP Analytics Cloud) and Salesforce as core applications. The solution will require building a database in SAP to extract data, and designing SAC dashboards to enable real-time visualization and interactive functionalities such as top-down adjustments.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables

  1. Own the solution architecture and blueprint for integrated pipeline management and financial forecasting.
  2. Map current forecasting processes and design target state workflows.
  3. Coordinate with Salesforce and SAP architects to ensure seamless integration.
  4. Define secure, scalable, and efficient architecture with proper authentication mechanisms.
  5. Identify required capabilities within SAP (e.g., SAC and other modules) and ensure optimal use.
  6. Develop a solution roadmap and support phased implementation.
  7. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Markets and Business Areas to align proposed solutions.
  8. Support project delivery by guiding technical teams and ensuring adherence to the blueprint.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Required:

  1. Strong experience in SAP, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  2. Proven experience in solution architecture for enterprise systems.
  3. Hands-on experience with finance-related implementations (forecasting, reporting, analytics).
  4. Experience with Salesforce integration in enterprise landscapes.
  5. Strong knowledge of ETL, database design, and data modeling.
  6. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Desired:

  1. Experience working in large-scale international enterprises.
  2. Familiarity with automation and standardization of financial processes.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills for aligning technical and business stakeholders.
