Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA O2C Business Architect to lead and safeguard the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Order-to-Delivery (O2D) processes within a large-scale transformation program.

The role is part of the End-to-End Architecture team, working across multiple business units including Trucks, Buses, and Power Solutions, ensuring alignment with Finance, Procurement, and Plan & Fulfill processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and drive the O2C process within the program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional streams and Service Integrators to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration
  • Ensure external sales processes are aligned with intercompany and intracompany requirements
  • Support Business Process Owners in defining governance, documentation, and global process templates
  • Guide solution design decisions toward scalable, standardized, and industry best practices
  • Identify, assess, and escalate business impacts when transitioning from current to standard processes
  • Contribute to the development of end-to-end processes across multiple business domains


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Business Architecture with strong focus on SAP S/4HANA O2C
  • Proven experience in Order-to-Delivery processes within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of sales, delivery (including export), and invoicing processes
  • Experience working in complex, global transformation programs
  • Hands-on experience with process documentation and BPMN tools (ARIS preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Exposure to complex, specification-driven product environments
  • Experience working on multiple ERP implementation or transformation programs
