Senior Technical Consultant – Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in enterprise web applications, technical consulting, and customer support on Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand how the product works and how it is used by customers.
2. Interact with customers on/off-site to troubleshoot issues, provide workarounds by leveraging software development skills.
3. Should be able to manage customer requirements for large accounts.
4. Understand and fulfill enhancement requests received via customer use-cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 12-15 years overall experience in developing enterprise web applications or in Technical Support on Microsoft platform of which 3-4 years of experience in a technical consultant role is a must
2. Hand-on experience of the Icertis Contract Intelligence product is a must.  Requisite Certification is must
3. Implementing on Icertis Contract Intelligence platform in a large enterprise is required
4. Troubleshooting skills on the Microsoft platform, with expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, Stored Procedures and JavaScript.
5. Expertise on Windows Azure and Cloud Computing will be an added advantage.
6. Understanding of customer support processes and tools. Ability to follow defined processes.
7. Good written and verbal communication skills.
8. The ability to be a good listener, and to understand customer issues.
9. Ability to work independently on issues assigned.
