Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the quality organization’s vision and strategy across the core engineering tracks to attain consistency in method and process.
  2. Lead a team of test & QA engineers to consistently deliver high quality software.
  3. Prepare and drive the end to end test strategy/Plan of program, connect with multiple stakeholders /3rd parties on project delivery.
  4. Work closely with our Tech engineers/Solution Architects/Stakelholders to seamlessly integrate testing into the development and build processes
  5. Coordinate the seamless tracking and reporting of key quality metrics for measuring progress made in the strengthening our ecommerce test and quality footprint
  6. Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, coding standards, libraries and frameworks to constantly challenge continuous Integration.
  7. Strong stakeholder management with development, Business, Environment & other third party teams on regular basis.


Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in technology field.
  2. 12+ years of progressive Supply Chain specially WMS and Retail Ecommerce domain experience.
  3. 12+ years of experience testing and developing professional web software
  4. Strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies and a good Communicator
  5. Working experience with Ecommerce platforms, OMS, search and 3rd Ecommerce applications, 3PL.
  6. Exposure and understanding to modern web standards and technology.
  7. Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholder.
  8. Comfort and experience working in an Agile SCRUM and test-driven environment.
  9. Comfort working with offshore development and testing teams and coordinating with offshore teams
  10. Knowledge of Continuous Integration principles and best-practices- Jenkins, Github. etc
  11. Strong professional experience with JavaScript and related libraries.
  12. Understanding of modern web architecture using MVC approaches.
  13. Exposure to bug tracking and task management software such as JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
