Technical PM Trade Compliance Analytics

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end Agile delivery for Trade Compliance Analytics and SAP GTS initiatives, driving collaboration across client, supplier, and offshore teams.
2. Act as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives – ensuring team alignment and timely delivery.
3. Plan and oversee project activities, manage backlog prioritization, and ensure delivery against defined sprint and release goals.
4. Enable high-quality analytics and automation deliverables for Trade Compliance Anomaly Detection programs.
5. Monitor project performance through metrics (velocity, burndown, quality trends), ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
6. Lead and supervise cross-functional teams in a multi-vendor Agile setup, ensuring effective communication, governance, and alignment with customer expectations.
7. Manage pressure and setbacks with proactive action, maintaining delivery excellence and stakeholder confidence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 10–12+ years of total experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager in global delivery or telecom environments.
2. Proven expertise in Agile delivery, Scrum Master leadership, and end-to-end project management (planning, execution, reporting).
3. Experience managing large SAP GTS or Trade Compliance programs.
4. Strong customer insight, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Agile dashboards.
6. Solid grasp of Agile frameworks — Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
7. Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe SM preferred.

Nice to Have

1. Experience in Anomaly Detection, AI/ML analytics, or Trade Compliance regulations (export control, supply chain).
2. Background in PMO-driven Agile transformation or DevSecOps environments.
