AI Developer – Generative AI Agents

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on AI Consultant with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and a specialization in Generative AI Agents. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development, with a proven ability to rapidly prototype AI solutions based on design specifications within a 2–3 week window for client demos and validation. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and customer-facing skills to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Rapid Prototyping: Convert conceptual designs into working prototypes within 2–3 weeks to support client demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) development.
2. Generative AI Agent Expertise: Apply deep understanding of Generative AI Agent frameworks, architectures, and real-world applications to deliver intelligent, responsive solutions.
3. Python Development: Develop high-quality, maintainable Python code to support both prototyping and production needs.
4. Solution Design Leadership: Lead technical design and architecture for GenAI Agent solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
5. Customer Engagement: Act as the primary technical advisor during pre-sales, effectively communicating solution value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Requirements Gathering: Engage with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into clear technical specifications.
7. Proposal Development: Create compelling technical proposals, demos, and presentations that clearly articulate the value and feasibility of GenAI solutions.
8. Technical Consultation & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Solution Presentation: Deliver persuasive presentations and demos, address technical queries, and highlight the strengths of proposed solutions.
10. Hands-on Development: Contribute directly to feature development, platform improvements, and R&D initiatives related to Generative AI Agents.
11. POC Development: Build functional proof-of-concept solutions to test feasibility and showcase innovation.
12. Code Contribution: Write robust, scalable, and efficient code for experimental and client-facing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of overall experience in AI/ML, with a minimum of 2–3 years focused on Generative AI, LLMs, or agent-based AI systems.
2. Strong proficiency in Python programming, including experience with AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
3. In-depth knowledge of Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
4. Demonstrated ability to deliver prototypes and POCs rapidly.
5. Strong experience in solution architecture and technical leadership.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interfacing with clients and executives.
7. Experience with pre-sales activities, proposal writing, and solution pitching.
8. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar GenAI tools.
2. Background in developing enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions.
3. Experience with API integration, data pipelines, and secure model deployment.
4. Exposure to industry use cases in healthcare, finance, retail, or manufacturing.
