Senior Remedy Helix Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Remedy Helix Architect with 10+ years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, and Digital Workplace Advanced to lead solution design, implementation, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in BMC Helix architecture, hands-on experience in configurations, integrations, and workflow enhancements, and the ability to manage complex ITSM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and architect BMC Helix ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and ITSM best practices.
2. Lead end-to-end implementation covering technical project planning, requirement analysis, design, build, test, and deployment.
3. Provide solution architecture expertise, designing both functional and non-functional requirements to meet customer expectations.
4. Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and map them to BMC Helix solutions.
5. Perform advanced customizations, configurations, and integrations within BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, and Integration Studio.
6. Develop and implement complex ITSM integrations with third-party enterprise applications.
7. Provide technical leadership, guiding development teams and troubleshooting complex issues.
8. Ensure documentation and best practices are followed throughout the BMC Helix implementation lifecycle.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and automation within the BMC Helix ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 10+ years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace Advanced, CMDB, and iPaaS integrations.
2. Strong understanding of BMC Helix architecture, application framework, and ITSM principles.
3. Hands-on experience with workflow programming, enhancements, and integrations.
4. Expertise in end-to-end ITSM implementations, including requirement gathering, design, development, and deployment.
5. Experience in advanced and complex ITSM integrations across enterprise applications.
6. Strong knowledge of BMC Helix CMDB, reconciliation processes, and integration best practices.
7. Ability to provide accurate effort estimations and define scalable solution architectures.
8. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
