We are seeking an experienced Archer GRC Developer to join our team and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RSA Archer platform development, customization, and integration, along with a strong understanding of GRC processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, customize, and configure RSA Archer GRC solutions to align with business and security requirements.
  2. Design and implement Archer applications, dashboards, data feeds, reports, and workflows to enhance GRC capabilities.
  3. Work with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the Archer framework.
  4. Perform system administration, application upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal Archer performance.
  5. Develop and maintain Archer Data Feeds, Access Control, Notifications, Workflows, and Advanced Workflow Solutions.
  6. Integrate RSA Archer with third-party applications and enterprise security tools using REST/SOAP APIs, data feeds, and connectors.
  7. Implement best practices for GRC frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and SOX compliance.
  8. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for Archer application issues.
  9. Maintain documentation, including design specifications, system configurations, and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. 6+ years of experience in Archer GRC development, administration, and implementation.
  2. Strong expertise in RSA Archer 6.x platform (Applications, Workflows, Dashboards, Data Feeds, and Notifications).
  3. Experience in developing Archer ODA (On-Demand Applications), Custom Objects, and APIs.
  4. Hands-on experience in Archer Data Import/Export, Data Feeds, and Integrations with external systems.
  5. Good understanding of GRC frameworks, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, and IT Security processes.
  6. Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  7. Knowledge of SAML, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  8. Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and automation within RSA Archer.
  9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. RSA Archer Certified Professional (ACP) or Certified Administrator is a plus.
  2. Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like JIRA, Confluence.
  3. Knowledge of cloud-based Archer implementations (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
