Senior MetricStream M7 Developer

We are looking for a Senior MetricStream M7 Developer to join our delivery team for a strategic Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) transformation initiative with one of our key European clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact project leveraging the latest MetricStream platform capabilities to implement robust and scalable GRC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and enhance GRC applications using MetricStream M7 and 6.x platforms.
2. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
3. Lead the implementation and configuration of MetricStream modules and workflows tailored to client needs.
4. Contribute to full project lifecycle activities - development, testing, deployment, and support.
5. Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.

Required Skills:

1. 7+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in MetricStream M7 and 6.x platforms.
2. Strong command over PL/SQL, Java, and JavaScript for application customization and integration.
3. Proficient in DevOps tools and practices: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps (ADO), Kubernetes.
4. Solid understanding of the GRC domain, business processes, and system implementation lifecycle.

Engagement Type: Open to both Full-Time and Contract roles

Preferred Location: Bangalore (India)

Nice to Have:

1. Familiarity with core MetricStream modules such as Risk Management, Policy Management, Compliance, and Audit.
2. Experience working with international clients or in regulated industries (e.g., BFSI, Pharma, Energy).
