Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in Flask, REST API development, MongoDB, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Flask.
  2. Build, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs for high performance and scalability.
  3. Work with MongoDB and SQL databases, including schema design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
  4. Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
  5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  7. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 9+ years of professional experience in backend development with Python.
  2. Strong hands-on experience with Flask framework.
  3. Proven expertise in REST API design and development.
  4. Proficiency in MongoDB and SQL database management.
  5. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  2. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  3. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
