We are looking for a skilled Remedy Helix Developer with 6+ years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, and Digital Workplace Advanced. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in customizing, integrating, and supporting BMC Helix solutions, working on system enhancements, API integrations, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and integrate BMC Helix/Remedy solutions with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  2. Customize BMC Helix modules, workflows, and user interfaces to meet business needs.
  3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  4. Configure Foundation Data, ITSM modules, and CMDB reconciliation jobs.
  5. Maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and user guides.
  6. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  7. Provide training and support to end-users and IT teams on BMC Helix functionalities.
  8. Stay updated with BMC Helix enhancements and recommend improvements for better performance.
  9. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions for ITSM monitoring.
  10. Ensure compliance with SLAs and engage with BMC support to resolve escalated issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 6+ years of hands-on experience in BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Digital Workplace Advanced, and iPaaS integrations.
  2. Strong knowledge of customization, API integrations, and workflow automation in BMC Helix/Remedy.
  3. Experience in Remedy Single Sign-On, Mid-tier, Smart IT, and Helix Dashboard.
  4. Hands-on expertise in configuration management, including CMDB reconciliation, datasets, attributes, and notifications.
  5. Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and automation scripts for ITSM monitoring.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and debugging BMC Helix issues.
  7. Good understanding of enterprise ITSM processes and service management best practices.
  8. Experience with HTML-based notification customization and UI enhancements.
