We are seeking an experienced SAP BW & SAC Consultant to support our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP BW (Business Warehouse), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), integration, and reporting. This role requires hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL, performance optimization, and real-time reporting solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and optimize BW data models, including InfoObjects, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, and Queries.
  2. Implement ETL processes using SAP BW (DataSources, Transformations, DTPs, Process Chains).
  3. Work with BW on HANA / BW/4HANA for high-performance data modeling and reporting.
  4. Perform data extraction from SAP ECC/S4HANA and other external sources.
  5. Optimize BW reporting performance through aggregates, compression, and indexing techniques.
  6. Maintain and troubleshoot BW process chains and data loading issues.
  7. Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  8. Connect SAP BW, S/4HANA, and other data sources for real-time analytics in SAC.
  9. Design data models, calculations, and predictive analytics within SAC.
  10. Configure SAC Stories, Digital Boardrooms, and Data Exploration features.
  11. Implement security settings, roles, and access control in SAC.
  12. Optimize SAC performance by applying best practices in modeling and data preparation.
  13. Ensure seamless integration between SAP BW and SAP SAC for real-time reporting.
  14. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
  15. Provide technical guidance and training to end-users and stakeholders.
  16. Support data governance, security policies, and compliance standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW, BW/4HANA, and SAP SAC.
  2. Strong expertise in ETL processes, data extraction, and performance optimization.
  3. Hands-on experience in developing BW queries, ADSOs, InfoObjects, and CompositeProviders.
  4. Proficiency in SAP HANA modeling and BW on HANA optimization techniques.
  5. Experience in SAC Story development, dashboards, and security configuration.
  6. Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with BW and SAC.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. SAP BW/4HANA and SAC certifications.
  2. Experience with Agile project methodologies.
  3. Knowledge of SAP Datasphere is a plus.
