We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 6+ years of experience in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to support business requirements, design solutions, and drive SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge, hands-on SAP configuration expertise, and a strong understanding of financial management processes.

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Gather and analyze business requirements to design both conceptual and detailed SAP solutions.
  2. Perform necessary SAP FICO configurations and prepare detailed specifications for custom program development.
  3. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, ensuring seamless functionality.
  4. Coordinate transport management for system changes and provide post-go-live support.
  5. Identify and implement business process improvements to enhance financial operations.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations, documentation, and training materials, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  7. Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure smooth system integration.
  8. Lead and support company code rollouts, migrations, and SAP enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
  2. Strong domain knowledge in financial accounting, including accounting entries and best practices.
  3. Expertise in SAP FICO modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking, and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS).
  4. Hands-on experience with iDocs, interfaces, and SAP system integration.
  5. Minimum of two full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout projects.
  6. Experience in company code rollouts and financial consolidations.
  7. Strong understanding of SAP Project Life Cycle (PLC), including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  8. Prior experience in the high-tech or software industry is preferred.
  9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.

Work Arrangement
