About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect for the ITPA Trade Compliance Analytics (TCAD) team to design, develop, and optimize data-driven solutions supporting global trade compliance and analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, requirement management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration within complex ERP and data environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the architecture and design of TCAD analytics solutions with a focus on Snowflake and data integration.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT Product Owners to refine and align requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
  3. Ensure the integrity, scalability, and security of the product design and integrations across systems.
  4. Administer and manage functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring adherence to IT and data compliance standards.
  5. Partner with Product Vendors and Application Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues.
  6. Drive technology roadmaps, architecture strategies, and improvement initiatives for Trade Compliance Analytics.
  7. Manage and coordinate with vendor partners, business, and IT stakeholders for end-to-end delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. 8–12 years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or trade compliance systems.
  2. Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake architecture and data development.
  3. Experience handling requirement management, solution design, and architecture governance.
  4. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and SAP GTS preferred.
  5. Proven experience in stakeholder management, process improvement, and technology alignment.
  6. Strong understanding of IT security, compliance, and digital architecture principles.
  7. Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have:

  1. Familiarity with Power BI, ERP data integration, and trade compliance analytics.
  2. Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, or Product Management methodologies.
  3. Prior experience working in a global trade or compliance analytics environment.
