Arrixa AB | Bytespoke, a dynamic technology consulting startup serving leading businesses, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join us as a Business Development Intern in Stockholm. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management at a growing startup. Exceptional performance during the internship could lead to a full-time position within our organization.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients within the technology consulting space.
  2. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
  3. Sales Support: Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to support the sales team in client engagements.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Support account management efforts by maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  5. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute business development strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  6. CRM Management: Maintain and update records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  7. Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  8. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to sales and business development initiatives.


Requirements

  1. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  2. Citizenship: EU citizenship is required (no work visa sponsorship provided).
  3. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  4. Skills:
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  7. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  9. Proactive and self-driven attitude with a passion for sales and business development.
