Bytespoke is dynamic technology consulting startup serving leading businesses. we are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join us as a Business Development Manager in Technology in Stockholm. .


Key Responsibilities


  1. Drive lead generation and new customer acquisition for technology consulting and services (SAP, Data Engineering, Cloud Modernization, AI Solutions, etc.).
  2. Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, and key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
  3. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand into new verticals or regions within Sweden.
  4. Represent the company at local business events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  5. Collaborate closely with delivery, presales, and marketing teams to align business objectives.
  6. Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and report progress to leadership on a regular basis.
  7. Manage RFPs, proposals, and negotiations to successfully close deals.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT/Technology services.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Swedish market.
  3. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  4. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong understanding of the technology services landscape – especially around cloud, data, or digital transformation.
