SAP GTS Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a GTS Business Analyst with deep expertise in SAP GTS and Trade Compliance processes to support ongoing global trade transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize trade compliance and customs management workflows within SAP GTS and S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements, ensure process alignment, and deliver compliant trade solutions.
2. Support end-to-end requirement management, from gathering to validation and implementation within SAP GTS.
3. Apply deep understanding of Trade Compliance, Customs, and SAP S/4HANA GTS functionalities.
4. Facilitate workshops, document user stories, and ensure effective communication and alignment across teams.
5. Drive business outcomes by analyzing, influencing, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
6. Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis with focus on SAP GTS and Trade Compliance.
2. Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, Trade Compliance processes, and process management.
3. Proven expertise in stakeholder management and requirement breakdown.
4. Strong business understanding with ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Exposure to European trade compliance and customs clearance workflows.
2. Experience in SAP SD/MM integration with GTS.
3. Prior experience in global or multi-vendor environments.
