Role Overview:
As an HR Specialist Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role is perfect for students looking to develop their HR skills in a dynamic and fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
- Participate in HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including company events and internal communication.
- Help coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports and handling HR documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Interest in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (mandatory).
- Swedish citizenship is required.
