Role Overview:

As an HR Specialist Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role is perfect for students looking to develop their HR skills in a dynamic and fast-paced tech environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the recruitment process, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  2. Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  3. Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
  4. Participate in HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  5. Support employee engagement initiatives, including company events and internal communication.
  6. Help coordinate training and development programs.
  7. Assist in HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports and handling HR documentation.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  4. Interest in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  7. Fluent in both Swedish and English (mandatory).
  8. Swedish citizenship is required.
