Management Consultant- Data Products

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Management Consultant with a strong background in Data Products to join our client’s team onsite in Stockholm. This role requires deep consulting expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate data into business value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with stakeholders to define and deliver data product strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Identify business needs and translate them into scalable data product solutions.
3. Lead workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather insights and foster alignment.
4. Define KPIs and value metrics to track performance and impact of data products.
5. Collaborate closely with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
6. Provide advisory on data governance, data quality, and data monetization strategies.
7. Support change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of data-driven practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in management consulting and/or data product management.
2. Strong understanding of data strategy, data lifecycle, and product development frameworks.
3. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex data initiatives.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Experience working in agile environments.
6. Strong command of both Swedish and English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have:

1. Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP).
2. Understanding of data mesh/data fabric concepts.
3. Exposure to product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Additional Information:

1. Location: Onsite in Stockholm – presence at client site is required.
2. Type: Open to both contract and full-time engagements.
