Role Overview

As a Marketing & Business Development Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in driving Bytespoke’s growth through cutting-edge marketing initiatives and AI-powered outreach. You’ll work side-by-side with our leadership team, contribute to strategy, and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
2. Assist in ideation, planning, and rollout of marketing campaigns (digital, social, email).
3. Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative content, predictive analytics) to optimize messaging and targeting.
4. Business Development Support:
5. Research and identify potential leads, markets, and partnership opportunities using AI-driven insights.
6. Help manage CRM data, outreach sequences, and follow-up processes.
7. Content Creation & Management:
8. Draft blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters that showcase Bytespoke’s expertise.
9. Collaborate on design briefs and creative assets.
10. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
11. Monitor key metrics (engagement, conversion rates, pipeline growth) and prepare weekly reports.
12. Use AI analytics dashboards to uncover trends and make data-backed recommendations.
13. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
14. Partner with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand voice.
15. Participate in team brainstorms and contribute fresh ideas.

Qualifications

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Swedish proficiency is a plus).
3. Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
4. Genuine interest in AI technologies and their application in marketing and business development.
5. Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
