SAP Charm Consultant (Onsite – Stockholm)

Key Responsibilities

             •            Manage the SAP Transport Management System (STMS) across multiple landscapes.

             •            Operate and optimize ChaRM (Change Request Management) for transports.

             •            Analyze and resolve transport errors (e.g. RC=8 issues) manually when required.

             •            Support dual landscape strategy (project vs. maintenance) including retrofit handling.

             •            Monitor, track, and document transport activities to ensure audit compliance.

             •            Collaborate with development teams, basis, and functional consultants to secure stable releases.

             •            Ensure best practices and governance are followed for transport processes.

Required Skills & Experience

             •            Strong hands-on experience with SAP transport management in complex landscapes.

             •            Practical knowledge of ChaRM in Solution Manager (setup, workflows, approvals).

             •            Ability to troubleshoot and resolve RC=8 and other transport conflicts.

             •            Experience with dual transport landscapes and retrofit scenarios.

             •            Understanding of release management, system refreshes, and cutover processes.

             •            Good communication and coordination skills across technical and functional teams.

Nice-to-Have

             •            Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or transition from ChaRM.

             •            Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA projects and upgrade cycles.

             •            Background in SAP Basis or strong technical foundation.
