We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with over 8 years of experience in automating build, test, and deployment processes. You will take ownership of designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines (preferably using Azure DevOps) and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and hands-on experience with security, monitoring, and service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Automate build, test, and deployment processes for applications and services
  2. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps
  3. Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline DevOps practices
  4. Implement security best practices (SAST, DAST, Container Scans, Code Scans) within the CI/CD pipeline
  5. Manage and provision infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably with Terraform
  6. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and applications
  7. Support and enhance observability using tools like Grafana
  8. Work with Service Management tools and follow IPCC (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration) processes

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 8+ years of proven DevOps engineering experience
  2. Strong experience with CI/CD tools, especially Azure DevOps
  3. Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure
  4. Expertise in Terraform or similar IaC tools
  5. Familiarity with application security practices in DevOps (e.g., SAST, DAST, container scanning)
  6. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana
  7. Working knowledge of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with other CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
  2. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
  3. Exposure to multi-cloud environments
