Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and documents.
  2. Develop interactive and visually appealing BI applications that meet business requirements.
  3. Optimize and maintain the MicroStrategy environment, including schema objects and metadata.
  4. Integrate MicroStrategy with various data sources and ensure high performance and reliability.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  6. Implement data security policies within the MicroStrategy platform.

Required Skills:

  1. 6+ years of experience with MicroStrategy development (Dashboard, Reports, Visual Insights).
  2. Proficiency in MicroStrategy architecture, schema design, and performance tuning.
  3. Strong SQL skills and knowledge of database platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake).
  4. Experience with MicroStrategy Security (roles, privileges, and security filters).
  5. Familiarity with integrating MicroStrategy with Data Lakes and cloud platforms is a plus.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
