SAP GTS Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and implement SAP GTS solution architecture aligned with global trade and compliance requirements.
2. Lead requirements gathering, breakdown, and technical solutioning in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
3. Oversee end-to-end SAP GTS implementation, including configuration, integration, and deployment.
4. Serve as a technical lead, guiding functional and technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
5. Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
6. Manage integration touchpoints with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, and middleware systems.
7. Apply expertise in technology and process management to ensure performance, quality, and compliance.
8. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and optimization initiatives within the GTS landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 8–12 years of experience in SAP GTS and related SAP ERP modules.
2. Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, trade compliance, and business process management.
3. Proven experience in requirements handling, stakeholder management, and solution design.
4. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP GTS configuration, ABAP, PI/PO, IDoc, BAPI, RFC, and integration frameworks.
5. Ability to analyze, plan, and formulate effective technical and business strategies.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across multi-vendor and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with SAP S/4HANA GTS migration or cloud-based implementations.
2. Knowledge of international trade compliance, export/import regulations, and customs processes.
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and global delivery models.
