We are seeking an experienced Training and Change Management Consultant to join our dynamic team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience and a deep understanding of planning, creating, and executing training initiatives for organizational change projects. You will play a key role in guiding our clients through transitions, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Management Strategy
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and impact assessments to identify risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Facilitate buy-in and adoption across various levels of the organization.
- Training Program Development
- Design and create comprehensive training content and materials, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor training modules to specific audience needs.
- Develop training roadmaps and timelines for smooth implementation.
- Training Delivery and Facilitation
- Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) in Swedish, catering to different learning styles.
- Lead workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to build competence and confidence among participants.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training techniques to enhance participant engagement and learning retention.
- Project Planning and Coordination
- Work closely with project managers and other consultants to align training and change initiatives with project milestones.
- Track progress and measure the success of training and change management activities.
- Report project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the change and training process.
- Build trust and rapport with diverse teams, ensuring open communication channels.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to key stakeholders and end-users.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in training, change management, or organizational development.
- Language Skills: Proficient Swedish speaker with professional proficiency in English.
- Location: Must be based in Stockholm or able to commute daily.
- Expertise:Proven track record of designing, developing, and executing training programs (classroom and virtual).
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in change management or training delivery is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience with e-learning platforms or learning management systems.
